Q: Are your items brand new?
A: All items are guaranteed brand new. We do not sell any used items, or factory defects.

Q: Will I get an order confirmation?
A: Normally, if you add us to your mailing list, you will get confirmation about your order. The mail of confirmation is sent to you by system automatically. Sometimes, your mail box will refuse to accept it. It may lie in the spam box. Or even the mail will be rejected totally. So we sincerely suggest you add us into your mailing box to avoid the miss of mails.

Q: How can know that my items have been sent to me and how can I track my order?
A: When we check your order on our website, we will send the shoes to you ASAP. If have some problems, we also send an e-mail to inform you at the first time. We send the tracking number to you via e-mail, so when you register an account, please pay attention to write an accuracy info. Or it will take needless trouble and delay time.

Q: My payment won’t go through, what’s wrong?
A: The majority of transactions will not encounter any difficulties. However if your payment doesn’t go through smoothly, the most common reasons include:

Q: How to Cancel an Order?
A: If you have placed an order and finished the payment but then you want to cancel, please contact us as soon as possible.
If you are uncertain about something on your order and you think you want to change it, please contact us and put the order on hold while you decide. This will stop the packing process. So you still have a chance to make changes. If the goods have already been delivered we cannot cancel or change the order. If you want to cancel an order because you are adding further products, but not cancelling the previous items, that can usually be processed without any extra fees - please contact us. If the order is in an early. processing stage you may be able to change your mind and cancel the total order, usually within 24 hours after you make a payment, you can ask for a refund.
